Inspiration Courtesy of Alice in Wonderland: In Pretty Picture Form

I doubt that I could love the Lewis Carroll books anymore than I do. On occasion I stumble across another quote from them and get inspired to create something out of it, and I thought I’d share the outcomes here. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

My other love? Typography.
One of the main reasons I decided on this is due to a desire to practice.
So, what do you think? Yea? Nay?

  • I love what you have done. I recently re-read Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass and inspiration just leapt out of the pages.
I think that’s the beauty of the 2 books- they are whimsical enough for children and yet deep enough for adults.

Check out this quote from Sylvie and Bruno (also by Carroll):

    “She says she ca’n’t, oo know. But I thinks it isn’t ca’n’t, it’s wo’n’t.”

    • To this day, I adore the books. I find myself rereading them all at least once every few years. I still love them.

I may be doing another post in a similar vein soon and I love that quote you’ve mentioned – so it very likely will be included.
