Spongebob Will Save Us All
Spongebob Squarepants has some kind of weirdly hypnotic quality to it. It is the only show on television that Kiddo will calm down for, and sit and watch. While I know I can hear a whole bunch of tongue clicks and some hardcore head shaking going- sometimes you need that ‘Oh Hey! Look at this’ type thing for a good redirection.

The best part? Now she will calm down when I start singing the ‘Best Day Ever’ song. For those not hip to the Spongebob (just try getting this out of your head):
So, yeah.. Umm.. I’m totally not all that cool anymore.. Am I? I used to be hardcore*, I swear it.
*Oh yeah, staying up all night- coding. See? What did I say? Hardcore!
