Really Easy ways to be a bit healtier. -Tip one

Yeah, for a mommy I admit to being a bit of a slacker. I’m also a bit of a health freak (the rest of my family not so much). So any way to sneak in some healthy goodness is a good thing.

Now trust me on this, I know some of these sound gross but- you don’t even know they are there!

Organic flax.
This stuff is so good for you. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but you get a lot. You can get it right in your local chain grocery store. (Organic section). Just mix it in everything. You don’t even know it’s in there. A couple of tablespoons in spaghetti sauce even! I’ve mixed it in everything from soup to tea and coffee.
